Milei in solitude at Olivos? Probing entry logs for absentees, regular visitors

Official records show President Javier Milei receives very few officials at the Olivos presidential residence, not even from his partner or sister. The surprise is digital influencer Iñaki Gutiérrez, a regular visitor.

Activity recorded in the entry logs to the Olivos presidential residence in the first two months of the year shows limited movement, personal and political, by President Javier Milei.

Official data indicates few visits from his sister and closest confidante, Presidential Chief-of-Staff Karina Milei, along with no entries by his partner, TV presenter Amalia ‘Yuyito’ González.

However, there are a surprisingly high number of visits from someone with no apparent role in government: digital influencer Iñaki Gutiérrez.

Gutiérrez, who manages Milei’s TikTok account and was previously expelled from the Casa Rosada for posting a photo of himself on an official government social media account, appears to have regained the President’s trust.

In the period analysed by Perfil (January and February 2025), Gutiérrez entered the residence a total of 33 times — 16 times in January, 17 in February.

On Sundays, Gutiérrez takes part in gatherings where opera is reportedly played, alongside economists such as Juan Carlos De Pablo, Miguel Boggiano, Claudio Zuchovicki, consultant Juan Mayol.

Lawyer and head of the ANDIS agency for the disabled, Diego Spagnuolo, also attends.

Spagnuolo is the only one who can match Gutiérrez for Olivos visits, also visiting 33 times in January and February — again, surprising given his lack of political influence and given that disability issues are not a priority for the President.

According to government sources, young libertarian Gutiérrez is present at the opera gatherings due to his “friendship” with the head of state.

Another noteworthy visitor is Elías Kandin, who appeared at least 17 times. He is a spiritual leader linked to the Jewish Hasidic movement, Chabad-Lubavitch.

The frequent visitors stand in stark contrast to Milei’s sister: Karina was there just once over the two months analysed.

Another notable absence is the President’s partner, “Yuyito” — whose real name is Amalia Trombetta. Her name does not appear in the logs seen by Perfil.

Despite not being listed, González was pictured in a photo that circulated back in February apparently showing a dinner at the residence shared with fashion designer Roberto Piazza and his partner, both of whom are recorded in the logs.

Presidential Spokesperson Manuel Adorni, Milei’s candidate in Buenos Aires City, does not appear in the records either.

However, the government’s star adviser, Santiago Caputo, another key man on messaging, visited the residence five times over the period.

The logs appear to show that the President is increasingly troubled by back problems. Physiotherapist Leandra Protolongo entered the residence four times in January, but in February her visits rose to ten — 14 in total over the two-month period.

Surprisingly, the presence of ministers at Olivos was minimal. Cabinet Chief Guillermo Francos — one of the President’s most trusted allies — visited only three times, once in January and twice in February.

The minister with the most activity at Olivos was Sandra Pettovello. The head of the Human Capital mega-ministry visited four times, twice in January and twice in February.

Economy Minister Luis ‘Toto’ Caputo visited the President at his residence three times – a strange occurrence given recent negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He visited only once in February.

There were visits from the rest of Caputo’s economic team, including officials such as José Luis Daza, Federico Furiase, Martín Vauthier, among others.

Security Minister Patricia Bullrich, whose standing in the government has risen, visited twice, both in January. Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein was also present twice, again in January.

Fellow ministers Federico Sturzenegger (Deregulation & State Transformation) and Luis Petri (Defence) visited twice and once, respectively.

Two ministers did not visit the presidential residence at all in the first two months of the year: Health Minister Mario Lugones and Justice Minister Mariano Cúneo Libarona.

Also absent was Lower House Speaker Martín Menem.
