'Fear the biggest rival,' says record-breaking Antarctic swimmer
21-02-2023 09:08 Chilean swimmer Bárbara Hernández, who became the first person recorded to have swum 2.5 kilometresin the near-freezing Antarctic Ocean, says fear was her main rival. The 37-year-old completed the feat in 45 minutes and 30 seconds on February 5, wearing an ordinary swimsuit without additional padding, some goggles, a swimming cap and ear plugs.
