‘La Escuelita’: Where hope goes to school
Today 05:14 At Barrio Padre Mugica in Retiro, Buenos Aires, food training is serving as a tool of social transformation. Chef Germán Sitz (Niño Gordo) and mixologist Sebastián Atienza (Tres Monos) have created ‘La Escuelita,’ a space where youngsters in low-income neighbourhoods can learn the basics of ingredients, cooking, cocktails and wine.
